Building Industries, Creating Legacies

How we intend to engage clients and partners, from first discussion through delivery, and how we approach quality, risk, safety, compliance and communication.
The process
The same four-stage approach applies across the group, so you know what to expect from any subsidiary.
We listen to your requirement, constraints and intended outcome, and connect you with the right subsidiary.
The subsidiary reviews scope, feasibility and regulatory requirements, confirms what it will deliver directly and what needs qualified partners, then sets out a proposal.
Agreed work proceeds to a defined plan, with clear responsibilities and regular reporting on safety, quality and progress.
Work is handed over with the agreed documentation, and any follow-up support is agreed with you.
Our approach
The standards we intend to apply to every engagement, whichever subsidiary leads the work.
Requirements and acceptance criteria are agreed at the start, then checked during the work and at handover.
Technical, commercial and operational risks are identified during scoping, with an owner and a response for each.
Hazards are assessed before work begins, with controls that protect people, assets and the environment.
The permits and approvals each scope requires are identified and confirmed before the work relies on them.
Where a partner, lessor or subcontractor is needed, its role is made clear and it is assessed before engagement.
You have a named point of contact and an agreed reporting routine for the length of the engagement.
This page describes how we intend to work with clients and partners. Arrangements for each engagement are confirmed in writing, and we will publish project examples only once they can be verified.
